Refund policy

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return any unopened products.  We will gladly refund your money minus any original shipping costs.  Customer must pay return shipping charges.

However, you must first call customer service at 1-206-594-6226 or send an e-mail to sales@barfboutique.com to request an RMA.  Please write RETURN in the header.  Once we receive your request, we will send you an e-mail with an RMA number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.  Once received in good condition, we will promptly refund your money using the original purchase method.  Regretfully, after 30 days we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.

DAMAGED & MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect all products upon receipt and contact us immediately if they are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 30 days to report any damaged or missing items.  To do so, please call 206-594-6226 or send an e-mail to sales@barfboutique.com and write "damaged items" or "missing items" in the subject header.   If sending an e-mail, please include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Items in Question
  • Problem (missing product, product arrived damaged, wrong item, etc.)
  • Name
  • Phone Number

Someone will contact you immediately to follow up on the matter.

Do NOT send back the damaged goods without contacting us first.  Also, please hold on to any damaged shipping containers (envelops/mailers or boxes) until we contact you.  If it is determined that the damage was caused by the shipper (USPS or UPS), we may need them as evidence in order to file a claim.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@barfboutique.com.

OUT OF STOCK

We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.  You will have the option of canceling your order or placing it on back order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships from our warehouse.  Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been picked up by the USPS or UPS.  (We try our best to ship within two business days of receiving your order.)  If you change your mind once the product ships, you can always return any unopened product for a full refund.  Please do not refuse a UPS shipment that missed the cancellation cut off as you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the refusal.  Of course, if it is our mistake, we will take care of the charges.
